In order to protect the personal information of the participants of the Japan Massage Convention, the International Therapy Association has established and will comply with the following basic policy.

1 Acquisition of personal information
The International Therapy Association of Japan will acquire personal information by appropriate means at the time of application for participation in the competition and at the time of competition management.  

2 Handling of personal information
The International Therapy Association of Japan will use personal information obtained from participants for the following purposes. Unless permitted by the Personal Information Protection Law and other laws and regulations, personal information will not be used beyond the scope of the purpose of use without the consent of the person.  


(1) Contact regarding the tournament
(2) Use necessary for the progress of the tournament (creation of nameplates, display in treatment areas, calling names on stage, etc.)
(3) Entry of tournament results (HP, SNS, etc.) 
(4) Introducing participants on the official website operated by the International Therapy Association and publishing the results of the top participants 
(5) Live broadcast on sites and SNS operated by the International Therapy Association

3. Filming during the tournament General Incorporated Association International Therapy Association may film the tournament. In this case, videos or still images of participants may be used for the following purposes.
(1) Posting on the official website operated by the International Therapy Association  
(2) Share and share videos and images of the tournament with tournament participants
(3) Provision to news organizations and media (newspapers, television, magazines, etc.) 
(4) Posting on SNS, YouTube, HP, etc. of related organizations 
 

4 Security management of personal information

General Incorporated Association International Therapy Association is responsible for the management system of the tournament, training of staff, effective use of information systems (restricting access to electronic files containing personal information with passwords, changing passwords regularly, virus protection, etc.). software, etc.), supervise subcontractors, etc., to properly manage personal information, and take preventive measures against leakage, loss, damage, etc. of personal information.

5 Destruction of personal information

The International Therapy Association shall promptly destroy personal information that is no longer necessary to achieve the purpose of use after the competition.  

6 Provision of personal information to third parties
Regarding the provision of personal information to third parties, the International Therapy Association will not disclose or provide personal information to third parties except in the following cases.
(1) When there is consent of the person himself/herself
(2) When outsourcing work to a third party within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use
(3) When disclosure is required by law and when provision is made by law 
(4) Live broadcast on the site we operate, HP, SNS
 

7 Requests for disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, etc. of personal information

The International Therapy Association will not disclose, correct, add, or delete personal information, stop using or erase it, stop providing it to a third party, or notify the purpose of use of personal information. As soon as we confirm that there is, we will respond without delay in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Law.

However, please note that we may refuse to respond if the requirements of the Personal Information Protection Law are not met or if it is legally stipulated that the International Therapy Association can refuse to respond.

9 Changes to Privacy Policy General Incorporated Association International Therapy Association may change its privacy policy in order to respond to changes in laws and regulations related to personal information, or to better protect the personal information of participants. .
